The main goal of the Fund is to create property by using voluntary property contributions and other legal donations, that will be used to:

• Contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage of the 20th century painting
• Contribute to the promotion of the culture, spiritual development of the individual
• Popularization, preservation and promotion of Russian cultural heritage of 20th century painting, artists and their followers
• Support of research, publications and implementation of exhibitions and expositions related to main subject of the Fund
• Support and promotion of cultural projects, related to creation of modern artistic and literary space, development of international cultural connections.

The main activities of the Fund are:

• Organization of development and implementation of projects directed to preservation of cultural heritage
• Assist in formation of collections of 20th century and modern artists
• Establishment of awards and scholarships of the Fund
• Organization and holding of thematic conferences, seminars, exhibitions, competitions, auctions.
• Support of historical researches
• Promotion of exhibitions and expositions of cultural heritage of the artists of the 20th century
• Creation and support of information recourses in the Internet related to the main activities of the fund
• Implementation of publishing and printing, including books, brochures, magazines covering the activities of the fund
• Development of international cultural connections
• Conducting joint activities with similar international organizations, participating in international cooperation
